I'll keep it simple today with a challenge to all of you to focus on what makes you happy. Dont sell yourself short. Take mini vacays throughout the week. Do things to take your mind off of the stresses of life and give yourself mental breaks. Enjoy your life at all (reasonable) costs. You only get one life to live!
