"All change is not growth, as all movement is not forward."

Think about the last time you were at the carnival. My favorite ride was the carousel so I will use my experience to make my point. After you paid your fare you got to choose which object to ride on-an animal, a bench, or some other object. It went around in circles a few times while the music played, the objects moved up and down and the lights flashed. You wave at the people outside of the gates whom you know, or may not know, each time you complete a rotation. Then you exit the ride. You climb from your horse and you're back to where you began. Granted with a bit more adrenaline than when you started but you end at the exact same place where you began. Essentially the carousel is how many people live their lives. They go out and see different things but fail to apply the knowledge they acquired along the way. The consequence of this is a life characterized by situations that begin and end at the same exact spot. Even if you have experienced let downs in the past, resist the temptation to fall into a rut!
Love!
