Above are 11 phrases that I hope will help you conquer the Monday Blues. Do not simply speed read them and then move on. Stop fora few moments after you read each phrase and think about what it truly means to Live with Intention...Walk to the edge...Do what you love, etc. Its very easy to simply read words and fail to internalize them. Its easy to proclaim that you will appreciate your friends. Its easy to say you want to do what you love. Its easy to say you want to continue to learn. The difficult part comes when the time comes for you to make your proclamations apart of your life. What are you doing to transform your words into actions? Do not say the words because they sound nice, say them because you mean them. Proclamations only become our reality when we take action!
