In a stunning upset, the Miami Heat defeated OKC Thunder 121-106 to become the 2012 NBA Champs!Actually, by the time the 4th quarter rolled around, the beating was hard to watch. I hope you all had an opportunity to witness history-Lebron James got his first (of many more to come) championship ring. As a longtime fan of Lebron James, I shed a single tear from my left eye *and then I hit my dougie.*
Of course, people are still trying to find a way to hate on Lebron but this is the time to give him props. He ended the last game of the NBA season with a triple double: 28 points; 13 assists and 11 rebounds. He was the unanimous choice for the Bill Russell MVP trophy for the 2012 NBA finals. Accepting his trophy, James says his first thought when he realized they were champs was "Its about damn time." Indeed, it is about damned time. Don't be such a hater you can't give respect where its due...it makes you look stupid. You can't deny Bron's will to win or the hard work he put in to get where he is.
