This quote is particularly special to me because it inspired me to relaunch this blog. It was tough to continue posting in the old space but I never stopped thinking about things to blog. I encourage you all to think about the things you have given up on. Why did you give up on them? Do you still think about them? Do you regret giving up? If there is anything you have given up on but continue to think about, give it one more shot. Do an honest evaluation of why your venture was not successful the first time. Is there something you could change? Could you have given a little bit more dedication or time? This time, try a different approach. This time, listen to your spirit and tune out naysayers. Do it YOUR way. Seek out those who have done something similar to what you desire to accomplish and learn from them. Pick their brains and find out what worked and what did not. Apply what you learn from them to your own experience and tweak their methods to fit your personality. Even if it does not pan out the way you want it to, it will be an incredible learning experience for you and it could lead to even more opportunities. 

I'm pretty sure I have shared this song before but today's song choice is Lauryn Hill & Tonya Blount's cover of "His Eye is on the Sparrow."
