Ratchet Song of the Day: Silk E. Fyne's "Romeo & Juliet"

Today's song is brought to you by black pro-style gel, leather short sets and Napster. Since I figure many of you are returning to work after a long weekend I decided to keep today's song cute and straight forward. Oh, you've never heard this song? Well the song dropped in 1998, back when many of us were still wet behind our ears. Silk E Fyne is a female artist from South Central LA. She topped the Billboard charts at number 6 with today's song. Ratchet songs don't always get the love they deserve. Listen with me.  

Unlike some songs from the 90s, this song contains no nuances about it's message.
"It's like Romeo & Juliet/Hot sex on a platter just to get you wet/ youz about to get in something you will never regret/ and it's gonna be the bomb this is what I bet/yep."
Not sure how this song relates to Romeo and Juliet tho. Pretty sure she used it because it somehow rhymes with "hot sex" and "make you wet." So clever, she was. Shout out to all the Cali folks!
