VIDEO: Mike Vick Stands Before Congress to Speak Out Against Dog Fighting

The bill makes it a crime for an adult to bring a child to a dog fight and it also makes it a crime to be a spectator at a dog fight.

I'm glad he's using his spotlight to help others learn from his mistakes. Go Vick!
