Nike unveiled the new $315 Lebron Sneakers & Ratchet Links

Nike unveiled the Lebron X sneaker this morn and its lookin like they made the decision to test the limits of sneakerheads everywhere. For the low low price of $315 you can be the proud owner of the Nike Plus version of the above shoe. The regular version of the shoe retails for $180, BUT for the version of the shoe that tells how much/how far/how fast a player moves during a game or workout, or how high he/she jumped on a dunk you gotta drop 315 American dollas. Thats right, cold hard cash. Nike's announcement was met with criticism and teeth sucking as people think Nike is reaching with that price tag. Those people are just some cheap/broke haters. If you gotta pay your rent late to get 'em, you can't afford 'em. If you can't afford 'em, don't buy em. At a time when people are struggling to make ends meet, do you think Nike gives any phucks? Hell no. Why should they? People are still gonna buy 'em. How do I know? School started for many kids this week and what did I see? Kids under 5 wearing Jordans. Do you think those kids know the difference between Jordans, Chuck Taylor's and power ranger light up shoes? Hell no. Those kids don't know the difference, the parents buy them because it means something to them for their child to wear 'em. Nevermind that a 4 year old is wearing $60 sneakers, a true sneakerhead never complains about the price because they know its part of the game.

Anyway, check out these links of ratchet news I found trapped in the interwebs....

ABC-If you thought your parents were controlling, try being forced to marry someone by your dead father.

MadameNoire-6 signs that your parents didn't give you any home training.

Yahoo-Fred Taylor forgave someone who stole millions of dollars from him. I'm sure he would rather have the millions, but I think he feels better.
