Even if you have told them before, find a differnt angle or reiterate your dream with a new vigor. Tell them what you dream about and how you plan on making it happen. Sharing your dreams is a difficult task but doing so will serve to do two things: (1) Allow your friends to hold you accountable and (2) Allow you to become accustomed to talking about your dreams with others. I believe we are our own biggest critics but once we can overcome our own fears we can accomplish great things! You are your biggest resource but uou never know when the right person may come along willing to join your team and make your dreams a reality!
